About Me

I have a masters degree in somatic (mind-body, whole person) psychology, and I love sharing methods that encourage real change. In addition to my graduate studies and my licensure as a massage therapist, I completed four-year and two-year trainings, respectively, in Rosen Method Bodywork and The Hakomi Method of Experiential Psychotherapy, and had the rare privilege of learning those methods with Marion Rosen, who developed Rosen Method, and Ron Kurtz, who developed Hakomi.

I know how it feels to endure long periods of high stress and the effects of debilitating dis-ease. I was a litigation attorney for 25 years and experienced chronic physical and emotional health challenges throughout my life. I tried many interventions which afforded only temporary relief. All of my complaints resolved after receiving Rosen Method sessions as a client.

My clients include highly successful people who simply crave more joy and fulfillment in their lives and relationships and people managing the effects of chronic and even life-long dis-ease, trauma, life transitions, grief and loss, healthy aging, and intimacy and relationship challenges. My work is person-centered and honors each client and their unique experiences, needs, comfort, and pacing.

I am a life partner of 40 years, the father of two thriving adults, and a grandparent.
